Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with a warm, authentic New Orleans welcome
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for weekend guest requests
- Assist with weekend event setup and local activity recommendations for visitors
- Maintain pristine property standards during peak weekend tourist periods
- Process cash transactions and manage weekend occupancy reports
Qualifications
- Available to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and local New Orleans knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license for local errands (if applicable)
