Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Manage room inventory and ensure pristine guest room standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and weekend guest activities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain safety and security protocols across property
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and computer proficiency
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for errands)
