Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in resort lobbies and common areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with event setup and weekend guest activities coordination
- Maintain pristine resort facilities and common areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for errands)
