Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in high-traffic hospitality venues
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness standards across guest areas and facilities
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments

- Reliable transportation between DC/VA locations
