Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across dining and event spaces

- Handle weekend payment processing and cash management with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in public areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly during weekend shifts
- Assist in weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy weekend environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Valid Chicago Food Worker License (if applicable)
