Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at resort amenities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and facilities
- Process payments and manage resort point-of-sale systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for weekend operations
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during peak weekends
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for resort errands)
