Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests with personalized attention
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during peak weekend hours
- Execute weekend promotional activities and upsell premium services
- Conduct daily property inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and handover communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Flexible schedule for occasional holiday coverage
