Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to casino guests during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor guest activity and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with special events and weekend promotions as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Nevada Gaming License or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
