- Deliver warm, personalized service to weekend guests at check-in and during their stay
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process check-ins/checkouts and manage room assignments efficiently
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas throughout weekend shifts
- Assist with basic housekeeping coordination and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
