Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during peak weekend hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort software
- Assist with poolside beverage service and recreational activity coordination
- Maintain pristine resort facilities including pool areas and common spaces
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to resort location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
