Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Manage guest check-ins and reservations efficiently
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions

- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns proactively
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Arch Street location
