Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Assist with event setup and special weekend functions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Missouri driver's license (if required for errands)
