Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage resort amenities including pool/beach access and activity coordination
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records using resort systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all resort facilities
- Assist with event setup and special weekend programming as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital reservation platforms
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (parking provided)
