- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend events and functions
- Manage guest check-ins and event registration processes
- Coordinate venue setup and breakdown for weekend events
- Assist with catering service and beverage operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue
- Collaborate with event teams for seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Maryland Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
- Basic cash handling experience
