Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during resort inquiries
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, payments, and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during peak weekend periods
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
