Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at high-traffic weekend events and venues
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations

- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Assist with event setup and breakdown procedures
- Document guest feedback and service metrics
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (8am-11pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be 18+ years old
