Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests and patrons
- Manage venue operations including check-ins, seating arrangements, and event coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across public areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
