- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, payments, and reservations
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for venue readiness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
