Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests during weekend shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and guest rooms
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain inventory of supplies
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
