Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest service at check-in/check-out
- Assist with luggage and guest inquiries
- Maintain clean, organized lobby and common areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Learn and implement property-specific safety protocols
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we train all team members
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
