Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend guests at our flagship downtown location
- Manage high-volume seating reservations and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain pristine venue standards during weekend peak hours
- Assist in inventory management and weekend stock preparation
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (required)
