Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our premium waterfront venue
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and seating coordination
- Process payments and operate POS systems with accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service delivery
- Maintain pristine venue standards during high-traffic weekend periods
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 4PM-12AM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
