Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events including museums, festivals, and private galas
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket validation, and crowd control with professionalism
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and maintain venue cleanliness
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly per client protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Document attendance and incident reports using digital tools
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible scheduling possible)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and polished professional appearance
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tech proficiency for digital check-in systems
