- Process payments using POS systems and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation coordination
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure premium standards
Qualifications

- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
