Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Coordinate with concierge team for local recommendations
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with weekend event setup and tear-down
- Process payments and manage cash drawer
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions a plus
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
