Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at resort entrances and event venues
- Assist with weekend check-in procedures and guest inquiries
- Manage VIP guest reservations and priority access protocols
- Coordinate with security teams for crowd control during peak hours
- Prepare and maintain event materials and promotional collateral
- Report operational insights to management team post-shift
Qualifications
- Available exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Virginia Beach attractions preferred
- Flexible availability during holiday weekends
