Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support under clinical supervision
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to patient needs promptly and compassionately
- Complete administrative tasks including charting and inventory
Qualifications
- Tennessee CNA certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Pass background check and drug screening
