- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately

- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Complete daily shift reports for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if transport required)
