- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute promotional activities for weekend guests and VIP clients
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Proficiency in reservation systems and POS software
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Nevada Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-energy environments
