Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in, check-out processes, and inquiries using property management systems.
- Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on courtesy and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
