Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using computer systems and POS software.
