Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage reservation systems and process payments using POS software
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve service issues with grace
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for optimal guest satisfaction
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas with exceptional attention to detail
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest overflow management
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
