Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out services for hotel guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and manage room assignments using our PMS system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions and incidents
- Uphold strict cleanliness and security standards at the front desk
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Valid NV work permit and ability to pass background check
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
