Responsibilities
- Provide warm welcome and assistance to guests during weekend check-ins/check-outs
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and common areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Address guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Update guest profiles and preferences in our property management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Punctual and reliable with weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
