Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and answer guest inquiries with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Assist with special events and daily operational needs during peak weekend hours.
- Process transactions and resolve minor guest issues immediately to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
