Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems and coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Process high-volume shipments with 99.9% accuracy using WMS software
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct quality control audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize weekend logistics workflows to meet SLA targets
- Train new weekend staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Generate real-time performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days

- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
