Responsibilities
- Manage weekend logistics coordination and inventory control across three facility locations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-7 weekend associates in daily operations and problem resolution
- Execute quality assurance protocols and process improvement initiatives
- Handle client communications and service escalations during peak weekend hours
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and operational analytics
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members on company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shift-based operations or logistics management
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours during peak periods
