Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations ensuring seamless inventory flow and compliance protocols
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members through daily task delegation and performance coaching
- Implement safety procedures and maintain OSHA standards across all weekend activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend inventory audits and quality control checks
- Generate shift reports and analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Resolve urgent operational issues with minimal disruption to weekend workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations/supply chain management experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven leadership skills managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun/Sat-Sun) with potential holiday coverage
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
