Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend logistics workflows
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures
- Generate performance reports and optimize weekend staffing schedules
- Collaborate with weekday teams to maintain operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
