Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive weekend operational workflows across Kansas City and Illinois service centers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain service SLAs during peak weekend hours
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity metrics
- Manage inventory and logistics for weekend service deployments
- Conduct quality assurance audits and compliance documentation
- Train weekend staff on operational protocols and safety standards
- Analyze weekend performance data and prepare actionable reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years operations or logistics experience
- Proven ability to manage weekend/holiday schedules reliably
- Strong proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience with cross-state operational coordination (MO/IL)
