Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily logistics and warehouse operations during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 employees to ensure productivity and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the weekday planning team.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations.
- Must be available to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
