Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining store displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, answering inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility to meet high safety and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management when reordering is needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
