The Role
We are looking for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As our Weekend Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with professionalism and speed.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets within established service level agreements.
- Log all customer interactions and system updates accurately into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to company security protocols and data privacy standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Communications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
