Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts to ensure seamless store performance.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 10+ customer service representatives to maximize productivity and morale.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and execute visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to implement process improvements.
- Foster a safe, organized, and inclusive work environment for all staff members.
- Collaborate with regional management to align on promotional strategies and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, retail management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing weekend schedules and leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays consistently.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
