Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at high-traffic venues
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown including seating/staging arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols throughout events
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines efficiently
- Handle basic cash operations and merchandise sales when required
- Report operational issues and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (if applicable)
- Flexible schedule availability during peak event seasons
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Must pass background check and provide reliable transportation
