Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns to supervisors

Qualifications
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
