Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Operate event-specific equipment (audio, lighting, staging)
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Coordinate with event team members
- Report operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid Florida ID for venue access
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
