Responsibilities
- Execute event setup and teardown procedures with precision
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at weekend festivals
- Operate AV equipment and coordinate with vendors
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse event attendees
- Conduct post-event venue cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays weekly
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event-specific hours
