Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP attendees and sponsors
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown of event equipment
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with security and event management teams
- Handle ticket scanning and access control systems
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and emergencies
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Valid government-issued ID for credential verification
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan venues
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must pass mandatory background check
