Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Manage guest check-ins and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor event flow and assist with crowd control
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean event environment
- Complete post-event cleanup and inventory tasks
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Reliable transportation to Mesa venues
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing event schedules
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
